VISA INFORMATION

All the foreigners are required to have a visa to enter into the India. Reserve yourself about 4 weeks time to get the appropriate visa from your nearest Indian embassies. To request a visa letter please provide the following information to the organizing secretary, ICWCSC 2010.

�    Conference title, date and location

�    Fees paid by the applicant

�    Nature of participation.

The committee encourages the conference attendees to apply well in advance to receive their letters of "Invitation". The letter will be issued to:

�    Keynote speakers, presenters, invitees

�    Any organizing committee member

�    People professionally or personally known by a committee member

�    Conference participant who has paid their full registration fee

The embassies may require the following items to process your visa application

�    A letter from the conference secretary to verify the intentions of the participants

�    Acceptance letter from the conference chair

�    Proof of registration and fees paid details

So the committee advises the applicants to prepare the above documents and submit the same for easy approval of visa.
